that Guangxi Auto Transmission System Core Parts Talent Small Highland
undertaken by Guilin Fuda Co., Ltd. won the honorary title of "2019 Excellent Class Talent Highland of Autonomous
Region".
In 2017, Guangxi Auto
Transmission System Core Parts Talent Small Highland, one of the seventh talent
highlands of Guangxi, was approved by the Organization Department of the Party
Committee of The Autonomous Region and the Human Resources and Social Security
Department of the Autonomous Region.Since the approval, Fuda has actively
played the role of attracting talents and gathering talents, adopted the way of
combining talent introduction and talent training, and cultivated a large
number of technical and management talents with the project as the carrier,
which has created great economic benefits and promoted the high-quality
development of the company.
In 2019, the company
recruited Dr. Zhou Lei, a graduate of Dalian University of Technology,
specializing in research and development of new materials.Hu Jiaming, deputy
general manager of Heavy Forging Company, and Chen Sheng, the heat treatment
expert of Clutch Company, were recognized as high-level talents of
Guilin.Cooperated with Chongqing University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University,
Dalian University of Technology and other famous universities in China to carry
out industry research projects in precision forging, crankshaft, gear, mold,
cutting tools, etc.The technical personnel of the company have given full play
to their work initiative. They have applied for 360 internal innovation
projects, applied for and accepted 62 patents, and carried out 36 cross-company
projects on quality and technical difficulties.
In 2019, the company
selected a group of outstanding and potential employees and sent them to Peking
University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University and other famous universities
for further study.The company also set up a "Fuda College", offering
senior management and engineering classes, the first phase of 60 students for
two years of study.Through "external training and internal training",
